Fresh Herb Inspiration
So, since I didn’t post a photo of our CSA basket this week, I thought you might like to see a couple things we made with our fresh goodies: This week’s Italian parsley joined some oregano and basil from our garden to season some Three Cheese Stuffed Shells. The green leaf, red leaf, radicchio, mixed greens, and radishes joined a cucumber from the Farmers Market to make yummy salads.

Oh, and we used our new napkin rings! I’ll let you guess who rolled each napkin! Hehehe.
